Cypress Springs S.U.D began as a rural water supply corporation in 1972 as South Franklin W.S.C and changed the name to Cypress Springs W.S.C. in 1995. Cypress Spings WSC became a Special Utility District on June 10, 2003. Our No. 1 goal is to provide safe, clean, sparkling water to all of our residents!
